Stub Flanges

Stub Flanges are fittings designed to create a secure joint between two lengths of pipe with a gasket seal or create a nozzle connection on a tank. Heartland Fiberglass Supply provides 12” long Fiberglass Stub Flanges that meet or exceed PS-15-69 requirements resulting in a superior void-free laminate & resin-rich liner.

Choose from four types of resins: HETRON® 922, DERAKANE® 411, DERAKANE® 470 for greater heat & corrosion resistance, or the less-expensive Isophthalic Polyster for areas requiring lower levels of corrosion resistance such as water or brine service.

HETRON® 922 resin can be initiated with methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) or benzoyl peroxide (BPO) for sodium hypochlorite environments.
